JBF Harrisburg Consignor Agreement & Liability Waiver
Fall 2025 Event – September 17–21
By registering to participate in the JBF Harrisburg sale, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms below.
JBF Standards & Liability
As a condition of consigning at Just Between Friends (JBF) Harrisburg, I certify the following:
I am the legal owner of the items I am selling and have inspected each one carefully.
All items are clean, complete, and in good, working condition—no stains, missing parts, or defects beyond normal wear and tear.
Any repairs were performed by the original manufacturer or in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty.
I have verified that none of my items are subject to recall and take full responsibility for ensuring their safety, as required by the Consumer Product Safety Commission.
I understand that JBF Harrisburg is a broker, not a buyer. Title to all items remains with me until sold.
I understand that JBF Harrisburg and Just Between Friends Franchise Systems, Inc. are not responsible for loss, theft, fire, or damage to my items.
Consignor Fee & Payout Details
I agree to pay a $12.50 Consignor Fee, which is non-refundable and non-transferable, due when I schedule my drop-off appointment.
I will earn 60% of gross sales actually received by JBF Harrisburg, unless otherwise adjusted by my Team Member or Power Consignor selections.
My items will be sold for the price listed on the barcode tag. Handwritten or altered tags will not be honored.
Tags with a star remain full price throughout the sale.
Tags without a star are eligible for discount:
50% off during designated public discount hours
75% off during a post-sale event exclusive to consignors who participated in this sale—only for items marked Donate, regardless of whether they are also marked Reduce
Note: Items marked Donate but not Reduce may still be discounted to 75% off at the register during this post-sale event
Items marked Donate (indicated by a bold "D" in a circle) will be given to local charities, which may include Cocoa Packs, Align Ministries, Jubilee Ministries, or another approved partner at JBF's discretion.
Consignor payout checks will be sent via Deluxe eChecks no later than October 4, 2025 (14 days after the sale ends).
Drop Off & Pick Up
Drop-Off (by appointment only):
Sunday, September 14 – 12:00pm to 6:00pm
Monday, September 15 – 11:00am to 7:00pm
Pick-Up (for unsold, non-donated items):
Sunday, September 21 – 11:00am to 1:00pm
Items not picked up by 1:01pm will be donated to a local charity partner.
Rejected Items
JBF reserves the right to remove items from the sales floor at any time based on quality, safety, or seasonality.
Items that are off-season, stained, broken, missing parts, or missing batteries may be pulled.
Additional fees may apply:
$0.25 per item if more than five of my items are pulled from the floor for quality issues
$1.00 per AA or AAA battery, and $3.00 per C or D battery, if batteries must be replaced in order to demonstrate item functionality
Missing Items
I understand that while every effort is made to protect items, JBF cannot guarantee against loss.
I acknowledge that JBF does not collect funds for missing items and therefore cannot pay out for them.
If an item of mine is accidentally sold at a future event due to an error (e.g., packed into another consignor’s bag), I will be paid 60% of the selling price—even if I am not an active consignor at that event.
Photography & Publicity
By participating as a consignor or shopper, I give permission for JBF to use my image in promotional or publicity materials. No compensation will be provided for such use.

No verbal statements or promises have been made to me that alter the terms of this agreement.
