WE GOT YOU!   As we get closer to the event you will receive detailed instructions of the drop off process including a map.  In the meantime, for the most up to date information, be sure to join our Facebook Consignor Group. 


The Details

  • Earn 60% on sold items
  • Earn 70% on sold items when you help with designated shifts, including the breakdown shift
  • Receive a check via email within 14 days of the sales end.  (Spring Sale Payment Date: May 12th, 2025)

VIP Tagging Service

Vip Tagging service is for busy families that want to sell at JBF but do not have time to tag or drop off their items. We have a referral list of experienced sellers that are local to Harrisburg, Hershey & Lebanon area that tag for hundred's of local families. If you are interested in this service you can reach out to find a tagger today to see if they can take your items.

Express  Drop-Off 

  • Curbside Drop-off - You drive up, we unload your items.
  • We place your items on the floor for you! 

There are limited spaces available: Saturday, April 19th  4-6pm 

Please be sure to SORT your clothing items by size before drop-off.  Please only bring disposable bags and boxes.  Plastic totes WILL NOT be returned. 

  • Drop off up to 200 items. Clothing MUST be sorted by size and gender.
    $10.00

  • Drop off up to 300 items. Clothing MUST be sorted by size and gender.
    $20.00



Drop Off Appointments


I understand that to claim a PERFECT CONSIGNOR Drop-Off Appointment, I must be on the Harrisburg Perfect Consignor List from the Fall 2024 sale.

Perfect Consignors:
-Have sold at 2 or more JBF Harrisburg Sales.
-Have 3 or less “No Thank You” Items
“No Thank You” items are pulled during inspection and throughout the sale week
-Have participated in the Harrisburg sale will be eligible for the next sale season.

There will not be any clothing inspectors at **Perfect Consignor Only** drop-off appointments. We cannot accommodate any consignor without the Perfect Consignor status on these special drop-off times. Appointments made with consignors numbers on the list will be asked to return the following day, during inspection windows.

Power Consignors & Mega Consignors

What's a Power Consignor?  Consignors that bring more than 400 items to the sale and do not donate their items are considered a "Power Consignor". Power Consignors bring and sell a large number of items and have more unsold items to process during our sorting shifts.  

  • 400-600 items you will be charged an additional $25 fee OR can work a 2 hour sort shift in lieu of the additional fee.
  • 600+ items you will be charged an additional $50 fee OR can work a 4 hour sort shift in lieu of the additional fee.
  • Power Consigner shifts do not count towards the extra commission shifts.
  • Power consignors that donate ALL of their items do not need to fill additional power consignor requirement of short shift or additional fees.

ex: A power consignor who brings 400 items to the sale will work 6 team member hours to receive 70% commission.  2 hours to fill the power consignor requirement + a 4 hour team member shift to receive the additional commission.

Pick Up Window


Please pick up your items between 11am-1pm on Sunday, April 27, 2025

. 

PLEASE NOTE: The doors will close at 1pm. Before leaving you will be asked to sign a pick-up waiver. Any missing items MUST be reported at this time. Once the venue is closed at 8pm, ALL remaining items will be donated to our charity partners, Cocoa Packs, Central Dauphin Nutripacks & Align Ministries. You may print a list of your items from myjbftags.com to double check your items.  When checking your items, be sure to allow enough time to complete before the 1pm cutoff. 

If I am not able to pick up my items I designate this person to pick up for me. I understand they may miss items they do not recognize and am ok with those items being donated if not picked up.

- General Admission ($3 savings per person)

- Half Price Pre-Sale | 50% off items WITHOUT stars ($5 savings per family)

- 50% off Day (FREE)

Each Consignor can bring 2 guests with them during the Consignor PreSale on Tuesday AND Community Pre-Sale on Wednesday.

You will pickup your Passes at drop off. If you are not able to attend the Pre-Sale, we encourage that you give your passes to friends and family.
